Help Needed To Ensure Race Success The race committee race looking for help on a number of occasions we count down to the big day.

Wednesday 12th 8pm Ballintotis Community Centre.

Work hour - we need people to come along to help for one hour with various jobs including setting up lights etc for outdoor use. Friday 14th or Saturday 14th - time to be confirmed. We hope to erect the outside lighting on one of these afternoons. Any help appreciated- please call 086-8778182 for more details nearer the time.

Also in the few days before the big race and in particular on the day after, there is a considerable amount of work to be done. The race has obviously soared in popularity over the last few years and the committee want to ensure the high standards that have been set are maintained. Anybody who can lend an hour or two on Tuesday 18th, Wednesday 19th next week or indeed on the day itself would we very welcome. The hours after the race and in fact the morning after are also key times when help is needed.

Catering - Food Required Again with another very large entry expected, all donations of sandwiches and home baking would be really appreciated. Please contact Jean O'Gorman or Josie Knowles if you are willing to help.

Walk Begins At 6.30pm As usual the non competitive walk will begin at 6.30pm on race night April 21st.. Entry for the walk will be taken from 5.30pm on Thursday evening in the Community Centre. Refreshments will be served for walkers on their return. Each walker will also receive a free neck buff. Children are free but must be accompanied by an adult and remember - no dogs allowed.
